For organizers deciding the social side of a technical event
Social SlateHow many official social occasions to run, and a floor every one of them clears.
List the official social occasions on the table with their slots against the published grid, owners, venues and the access commitments already published, and get - free in your browser, in the order the skill sets - the slate depth decided, the inclusion floor checked per slot rather than per activity, the closing occasion protected as programme and an owner named for every occasion beyond the first; then the published social programme page and an access statement per occasion. What is already decided, and by whom: each occasion's format and the alcohol posture belong to event-hospitality (if it has not decided them, the page routes you there and stops), the access commitments come from event-accessibility-inclusion and are never invented, schedule non-overlap goes to event-schedule-design, satellites to event-side-event-coordination and the code-of-conduct scope to event-code-of-conduct - it hands off and never decides for them. It never moves a slot, and labels every number of its own self-set.
The names in this page are planning steps, not products. Each one is a decision someone on your team makes; the page hands work to it by name:
- event-hospitality - food and drink: each occasion's format and the event's alcohol posture (usually your hospitality or catering lead).
- event-accessibility-inclusion - the access commitments the event has published, such as step-free entry, a quiet option or alcohol-free (your accessibility lead).
- event-schedule-design - the main programme grid and its hours (whoever owns the schedule).
- event-side-event-coordination - satellite events that sponsors or communities run outside the official slate.
- event-vip-social-program - invite-only gatherings, such as a speakers' dinner.
- event-code-of-conduct - the code-of-conduct scope, which must reach every occasion.
- event-run-of-show - the on-the-day run sheet and its cues.

The skill's eight questions, word for word
- Has samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-hospitality already decided the occasion format and the alcohol posture? If not, go there first. This skill ranks nothing until that answer exists.
- How many distinct official social occasions are genuinely on the table? Did somebody ask for a second one, or is it an assumption you arrived with?
- Which access commitments did the accessibility bar publish, and at what depth? Ask. Never invent the set.
- Would any two occasions run in the same hours, or does each get its own slot against the published grid?
- Is there a named owner for each occasion beyond the first? Answer per occasion, never for the slate as a whole.
- What is the effort ceiling: volunteer hours, a budget line beyond the first occasion, a second room or venue? And what did last edition leave you?
- One-off edition, or recurring, where the social track is part of why people come back?
- By what date must each occasion's venue be held and its access statement published? Those dates, not the event date, are what this menu is ranked against.
event-hospitality and the other hyphenated names are the planning steps listed at the top of the page.
Q4 is answered by the occasions' hours in card 3, Q5 per occasion in its owner column, Q8 per occasion in the dates box.

Official occasions open to every badge. A kind naming a satellite or an invite-only gathering is kept off the slate and handed on.
Paste them as event-accessibility-inclusion published them. The page never invents one.

How it works - and what is sourced
The order is the skill's: confirm event-hospitality has decided each occasion's format and the alcohol posture (if not, route there and stop - this skill ranks nothing until that answer exists); re-rank the slate-depth menu - a single social occasion, two occasions on separate slots, a themed multi-activity track - against Q2's real request, Q5's real owners, Q3's published set, Q6's effort ceiling and Q7; find the occasions sharing hours with each other or with the main programme (Q4); check the inclusion floor per slot - in every hour the slate offers anything, at least one option clears each published commitment; protect the closing occasion as programme; name an owner per occasion beyond the first; check each venue-hold and access-statement date (Q8); hand on the non-overlap requirement, the confirmed slate, the floor check and the count and the places.
Sourced from the skill: the eight questions, the depth menu and its efficiency order, the default, both promotion conditions, the Q5 delete condition, the struck list-of-options rung, the floor rule and its three fixes, the closing occasion's protection, the four hand-offs and the failure modes. The page's own, said wherever used: what each rung holds (one, two on separate slots, a track of any count), how a slot is cut (a stretch of time in which the same occasions run), how each kind of commitment is matched to a column (an alcohol-free option is an occasion whose alcohol is none or available but never central; a family-inclusive one is an occasion whose kind names families, children or all ages), and these self-set lines - at least 15 min between the main programme's end and the closing occasion, a date under 14 days away is soon, at most 20 occasions, 20 overlaps, 40 floor rows and 60 findings sent to the run, a 40-word summary and at most 5 caveats. Never stated at all: a format, an alcohol posture, a commitment that was not published, or a moved slot.
